Director General of the Coast Conservation Department or his nominee
Director, Architectural Conservation of Monuments and Sites of the University of Moratuwa, or his nominee

The affairs of the Galle Heritage Foundation are implemented by a fulltime staff headed by a Director/ Chief Executive Officer
